Communication is key to success. However, we must balance the aspect of communication with productivity. As leaders we need to ensure our people understand the strategy and then are given the proper time to execute. The danger is that many organization provide overload our employees with communication - Meetings, Teams, Emails, Text Messages, Slack, etc.. Every time we distract our people we lose productivity.

Focusing on just today is a mistake many tend to make. We live paycheck by paycheck; moment by moment; meme by meme.
